All our staff
are friendly, professionally trained and come fully equipped with their own cleaning materials and
arrive by their own transportation. Each member of our staff are fully insured and bonded. All the work we carry out is fully guarenteed.
We are constantly marketing for personnel and every applicant is fully referenced and our aim is to
take on new staff that have come recommended by someone we know personally or by a member of staff
that is already in our employ, in that way we have a connection to the new member of staff which
helps us feel more confident in regards to the trustworthyness of the new recruit as it is one of
our main concerns. Recruitment is always difficult but, we are proud to have long term staff that have
been with us from the time ' Housewives Choice' was formed, which we feel adds to company stability and customer confidence.
We monitor each job individually through leaving a comment slip after each clean. The comment slip
has three tick boxes, the first one tells us that everything is running successfully, the second maybe
used just for communication between the client and cleaner and the third is obviously a problem which
needs to be addressed immediately. See below:
We also monitor the comment slips as a way of structuring a monthly bonus for our staff which gives
them an added incentive.
