Below are some questions answered that may help advise you, on some areas of our cleaning services.

What exactly does your service provide?

We offer an open service where the client can use the time provided in any way that is to their best advantage, thus provides a very flexible service that is "tailored to your requirements."

Can I specify the day I have a cleaner?

We try our utmost to provide you with a service on your preferred day, but sometimes, we have to offer you a day as near to your desired day as possible and then move you to your ideal day when a space becomes available (we could do with three Fridays a week!).

Do we have the same cleaner each time?

Yes, unless they are on holiday or off sick.

What if our cleaner is off work?

We very often can replace your cleaner straight away but sometimes if it is too short notice we can offer you the next day.

How many cleaners visit at one time?

One, unless you want two, but we feel that working on an indivdual basis creates better results.

Do you have insurance?

Yes, all of our employees are covered with full insurance, a copy of which can be seen on request.

How do we pay?

We will invoice you once a month or you can pay per visit if you prefer, so you can leave remittance for the cleaner or post back to us.

How much notice do you need before starting your service?

Normaly one week will be enough time.

At what frequency can I have a cleaner?

Whatever frequency you want i.e. weekly, fortnightly, monthly or even quarterly.

Have you a minimum time for a visit?

Yes, three hours or more at any one visit. A three or four hour visit is the most common time scale. Obviously if there is any other questions that we have not covered above, please do not hesitate in contacting us.
